The new black and white Dell Laser 1700n printer is just one in a long line of affordable, reliable products from this company. The new 1700n is the perfect printer for any home office, with impressive speed and power that are quite impressive for the price. Even chores like removing and replacing the Dell 1700n replacement toner are a breeze with this machine. All and all, this printer has a lot going for it.

At around $300 or less, this printer is a very affordable option. Most other laser printers that can boast the same qualities as the 1700n also carry a much higher price tag. With a lot of small businesses tightening their belts these days, this is a great way to cut costs without hurting the company’s productivity.

No bigger than your average bread box, this printer requires none of the extra space that most printers do. Most laser printers with this kind of speed and power need their own table and are impossible to move once set up.  The size and weight of this device make it simple to add to your office.

Packed into this small machine is a whole lot of power. It will have no problem spitting out a lengthy annual report or budget document without breaking a sweat. If your home or business needs heavy duty documents like these on a moment’s notice, the 1700n is without a doubt the machine of choice.

Although this printer offers raw power, it somehow combines quick speed with high-quality prints. Even a hundred-page document filled with charts and graphs will come out in mint condition, with no worries about smudges or smears. Unfortunately, with most printers, a choice must be made between speed and quality, but with this machine you can get two in one.

Another aspect that should bring a sigh of relief to many offices is the simplicity of the controls and upkeep of the 1700n printer. The only two buttons on the control panel are “Continue” and “Cancel.” No obscure control names to deal with. The LED lights are also quite simple, showing clearly whether toner is low, if there is a paper jam, or if paper needs to be added. Also, the chore of removing and replacing the Dell printer toner in this machine is no problem at all. It simply involves the push of a button. There’s nothing worse than printers that seem so complex only a locksmith can figure them out.

The perfect location for this Dell would be the small business office. It can handle large loads and fast speeds, but with its integrated Ethernet networking system it can tackle the print jobs of multiple computers. It’s a huge plus to have a machine this size that can serve an entire company, not just one employee.

There is no doubt the Dell Laser 1700n printer is a machine that can pull its own weight. In fact, it can pull the weight of an entire small business. Not only that, but it is very affordable and can easily be picked up and moved around. It’s hard to think of reasons why such a device would not be a must-have.

Choose wisely when it comes time to replace the Dell Laser 1700n bulk toner. Finding a great price online on Dell printer toners is easy when you take a moment to find a reputable toner printer cartridges dealer.

The HP LaserJet 2015 printer using HP LaserJet 2015 cartridges and its functions come wrapped up in a nice, square or boxy-looking shape that belies its serious performance potential. This monochrome laser printer is compact, prints out at very nice rates of speed and has good overall quality of text. It comes with Hewlett-Packard’s 24/7 tech support and also delivers low cost-per-page at a nice retail price.

It’s instantly clear, just from a cursory glance at the Hewlett-Packard, that the company has intended for this particular monochrome printer to be used in many a home office or small office environment in addition to small networked workgroups. It’s compact enough to fit on any desk and it also doesn’t way much, either. It’ll be easy enough to move about the office.

For a printer in this price range, print speed is outstanding across-the-board. The 2015 is rated at 26 pages per minute of print output in standard size paper. This is in what Hewlett-Packard refers to as “workgroup mode, ” meaning that the printer will do this kind of printing even when it’s used as a small network workgroup unit, which also means the printer is even more versatile than intended.

It’s also the case that the 2015 can be hooked up fairly quickly to most any computer or a workgroup or network. It does this through standard wired technologies, including Ethernet and USB ports. This invariably pleases the hearts of most information technology specialists, all of whom dread having to spend more than 10 minutes hooking up one of these printers to a network. Happily, that won’t be the case with the 2015.

Print quality is just as nice as print speed in the HP 2015. It features 1200 dots per inch resolution using HP cartridge, meaning that most print product will emerge very crisp and clean and ready to go. This includes print jobs featuring graphics or pictures, both of which the 2015 will handle fairly nicely, though it’s not intended for serious print shop-type duties.

Total task-to-print time comes in at a stingy 8.5 seconds. This means that from the time a user sends a print order to the printer until the time the first page emerges will only be 8.5 seconds in length. This puts it several seconds faster than most of its competitors in the same peer group. A 400 MHz processor will handle it all quite capably, which is probably the main reason why it can print out so quickly.

Installed memory will come in at 32 MB, though the printer can be upgraded to 288 MB of RAM with relatively little trouble. Combined with that 400 MHz processor, the printer should be able to handle most tasks within a workgroup with little trouble and certainly will not even breathe hard when it’s put through its paces by a single user sending it jobs from a single computer.

In all, there certainly seems to be much to be pleased about when it comes to the HP LaserJet 2015 printer. It can hold up to 300 sheets of paper, including 250 sheets in an auto load input tray and it retails for a very nice $350, though some websites are asking twice that. Combining outstanding print speed and excellent in quality, the 2015 delivers all asked to do and even a little bit more. To change the ink, find some LaserJet 2015 cartridges online and get it.  You can never have enough ink and toner cartridge.  You can find the better deals on HP LaserJet bulk toner online than in stores.

It is about the size of large toaster, which makes it perfect for small houses or apartments. In order to use it, you have to unfold its paper tray. This printer is susceptible to dust because it has no cover. If you fold the paper tray back, you would need to store the paper somewhere else.

The two lights indicate power and problems, like paper jams. It has a single button that can be used to cancel any ongoing printing job. The machine can only be connected through USB. People that use a laptop or other portables will find this difficult because their gadgets only have a limited number of USB ports. They would need to remove one of their devices in order to use the printer.

The Dell 1110 printer was able to print 17 pages in a minute, which is good considering its price. Although, it does lack the automatic duplex feature that most of us take advantage of. Grayscale documents that contain some graphics can be printed around 5 pages a minute. The machine is also able to get a maximum resolution of 600 dpi.

It has a monthly duty cycle of 8,000 pages, which is very high for a laser printer that cost less $100. It also has a paper tray that can hold 150 sheets. The 1100 printer is even able to print on paper as big as 8.5 x 14 inches. It also accepts a wide array of envelopes.

The bundled software includes the Dell Toner Management system. This is an application that checks and notifies you if toner is about to run out. There is also software available that lets you monitor the status of your print queue.

Sad to say, the Dell 1110 printer does not support Linux or Mac operating systems. You won’t even find them in the manufacturer’s website. Only Microsoft Windows 2000, ME, XP, and Vista is supported by the utility CD. In addition, if you are using Windows 7, you will need to download the software from the internet.

In summary, the Dell 1110 printer using the Dell Laser 1110 printer toner is good buy for a person that does not print a lot. The printing cost is a bit on the expensive side. A 2000 page yield toner cartridge would cost around $68, which makes an average of 3.3 cents per page. You can find and compare the price of Dell toners conveniently online.
